X710-DA2 NVM Update not available

Got Supoermicro server from supplier  with X710-DA2 Card

I'm install FreeBSD 11, update to stable and have next messages:

So I try update NVM under FreeBSD:

Then I try update NVM under Ubuntu, download and install driver
