can't upgrade f/w of XL710 - nvmupdate64e returns Access error

Hi all,

I tried tp upgrade the fw of xl710..

systems is Debian 8.6

root@D2E:~/XL710/Linux_x64# uname -r

3.16.0-4-amd64

DPDK 16.04

Any idea ?
