Cable unplugged problem with I218-V

Hi, I have been having a network problem with my new motherboard MSI H81M ECO, it uses an Intel I218-V. I use this new computer as a server for my home. Everything is working but after a while the NIC will stop working and when I go to the Network Connections on Windows 8.1 it says cable unplugged. I have to disable the device and reenable it to make it work, not the best solution for a home server.

 

I tried the latest driver from the MSI website and from Intel, tried 3 cables CAT 5e but nothing is working. Here is the XML from the event when it is disconnected:
