I use the I219-V network adapter and wanted to know why the "test cable connections and frequency response" test does not work.
The cable is a goobay patch cable CAT6 S / FTP 30 meters, double shielded, with a connection to the VDSL modem / router. I'm using Windows 10 1803 x64 with the latest Intel Lan driver.
Status of cable quality: Failed
Either the cable quality is poor or no cable is connected. Possible causes: Faulty cable, faulty connection or speed / duplex match. Make sure the Speed / Duplex setting on the switch / hub is configured for auto-negotiation.
Cable integrity status: Failed
The test has detected a bad connection. Distance to the problem: 65535 meters.
